NEW COURSES IN GYM

Sunday, September 21 in our gym Energy happy we did a demonstration of Taekwondo with children of other gyms, accompanied by their teacher.
During training, including heating, stretching, kicking and punching to the hitters, other children from a school swimming have tried our free tools gymnastics!
Finite our techniques and our fighting demonstration, we went in the room below where our teacher gave a lesson Donato Fit Boxing with the boys of the pool!
And the music, punches, kicks and much sweat have finished your training and soon after was a speech that explained a bit of fitness activities in general.
All this to make ourselves known and to do good advertising!

TAEKWON-DO: nine medals

has won nine medals with five athletes to the team of tae kwon do gym Happy Energy.
