INGREDIENTS for 6 x 20 cm crepes
30g butter ,melted plus more for frying
150g plain flour
325ml milk
1 egg
a frying pan or proper crepe pan about 20 cm
METHOD
1. Melt the butter and let it cool a little
2 .Put the flour, milk and egg into a blender and whiz to amalgamate.
3 .Pour into a jug and stir in the melted butter. Otherwise , just pour the flour into a bowl, whisk in the egg and milk and finally, just before making the crepes , the melted butter.
4 .Heat the pan and ladle 2-3 tablespoons of batter into the pan then quickly hold it up and swirl so that the batter forms a quick thin pancake covering the base of the pan.
5 .This will cook in a minute so flip it and cook for 30 seconds to a minute on the other side, then remove the pancake to a layer of baking paper.
6 .Continue with the rest of the batter .
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Simly sprinkle with sugar and add a squirt of lemon.
Or Spread with your favourite jam and make into a roll
Or Spread some chocolate sauce over
Or add some ice-cream

150g di farina
325ml latte
1 uovo
1 padella di dimensioni 20cm o una padella per i crepes
METODO
1. Let the butter cool.

4. To do the cooking, heat a knob of butter in a frying pan. Pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of batter and rotate the pan so the mixture is spread over the bottom.
5. Continue cooking for a minute, then turn and cook the other side for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
6. Putting down the cracks on a piece of paper towel.

TO SERVE
It simply sprinkled with sugar and a few drops of lemon juice. O
