January CHOI CUP - 03/08/2009 BUCCINASCO
Sunday, February 8 and March 8 in Buccinasco there were the races of the 9th edition Choi's Cup race in January, organized by the Master Saccoanno Orlando.
The race was then divided into 2 parts for convenience, in the first part (which took place on 8 February) athletes competed over the age of 14 years, while the next (March 8) were compared with age up to the Altet 17 anni.Partendo with the races 'forms' the morning of 8 February, are now faced by the athletes of the Junior and Senior categories. Gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded to athletes of our federation's Happy Energy Rima Donato our instructor. Next were "brought home" also medals for the race of 'special techniques' and 'fighting'. Gold Medal for Ivan Rozzi, ranking the first place. Egidio Martoccia and Alessio Loreti they finished 3rd in single combat, but earning the 1st place in team-based combat.
Similar results were ripresentai Sunday, March 8. This time the protagonists of the day were the children (which was also dedicated to the image depicted on the medal). The categories were Children, Hope, Rookies and Juniors. In the race shapes Rozzoni Ivan was reclassified in the first place. In combattienti, Fabio, Alessio, Egidio, Louis and Ivan still got medals both individually (Louis Ragozzino gold, bronze Alessio Loreti) is at the level of teams (Egidio gold). Great debut for Fabio small that it immediately showed tremendous earning a second place, not bad as the first meeting to our little "warrior"! Finally, were awarded the best athletes in the different categories so giving the statue to Ivan isuoi for the first two places.
To support all the athletes of our association during the various comparisons, there were, in addition to the public, Coach "Beppe" and the Master "Ivan" who contributed to our success!
All these successes would not be presented if there were our masters Donato, Ivan and Sandra to follow and to train in the right way!

NEW COURSES IN GYM
Sunday, September 21 in our gym Energy happy we did a demonstration of Taekwondo with children of other gyms, accompanied by their teacher.
During training, including heating, stretching, kicking and punching to the hitters, other children from a school swimming have tried our free tools gymnastics!
Finite our techniques and our fighting demonstration, we went in the room below where our teacher gave a lesson Donato Fit Boxing with the boys of the pool!
And the music, punches, kicks and much sweat have finished your training and soon after was a speech that explained a bit of fitness activities in general.
All this to make ourselves known and to do good advertising!
We hope that this new ports boys who participate in our courses!
